Jiangsu Bincheng Power Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 1990, with Cao Bingcheng serving as its legal representative. The company specializes in electric power engineering construction. Its predecessor was the “Nantong Hydropower Installation Engineering Team,” which was renamed “Nantong Bincheng Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Co., Ltd.” in April 1996, and adopted its current name in August 2015.
